We quote and supply flooring across every Sydney suburb, and we are always short of good installers. Send your rates through and we will keep you on the list for work in your area.
Who we are after
Four kinds of trade.
Floor installers
Laminate, SPC hybrid, engineered oak and solid timber. Floating and direct stick. Clean cuts around door jambs and a tidy site at the end of the day.
Subfloor prep
Grinding, patching and self-levelling on concrete and timber. Moisture testing a plus. This is the work that decides whether the floor lasts.
Stairs and finishing
Stair nosings, skirting, scotia and trims. Detail work on staircases is specialised and we price it separately, so quote it separately.
Demo and removal
Lifting old carpet, tile and timber, plus rubbish removal and tip runs. Tell us if you have your own truck or trailer.

Nothing unusual here. If you are already subbying for other flooring outfits in Sydney you will have all of it.

- Public liability insurance, certificate of currency ready to send
- White card
- Any licences that apply to the work you do
- Your own tools and transport
- A few photos of recent jobs
How it runs
No surprises on site.

We measure and supply
Materials and underlay are ordered and delivered by us. You are not out of pocket for stock and you are not chasing the client for variations.

You get a job sheet
Square metres, rooms, subfloor condition, parking and access notes, all before you accept. You know what you are walking into.

You invoice per square metre
Your rates, agreed in writing before the first job. Terms are settled with you directly when we take you on.
