A decade of laying floors across Sydney sits behind every quote we send. Laminate, hybrid, engineered oak and solid timber, priced honestly and installed properly. One business, one contact, from the first measurement to the last skirting board.
Ten years is long enough to have seen what goes wrong, and why. Floors that gapped because nobody let the boards acclimatise. Boards lifting because there was no expansion gap. Jobs quoted cheap and finished expensive. Everything about how we work comes from wanting to be on the other side of those stories.
Why we work this way
Getting a floor priced should not be this hard.
Ask around and you will hear the same story. You book a measure. You take a morning off work. Someone walks through the house with a laser and a clipboard, says they will be in touch, and then the week goes quiet. When the number finally lands it is one figure at the bottom of a page with no breakdown, and you have no way of telling whether it is fair.
We built Floor2U around removing that whole stretch. Send us rough room measurements and a photo of what is down now, and a firm, itemised price comes back within 24 hours. Every line is explained. You can compare it against anything else on the table, in your own time, without anyone standing in your kitchen waiting for an answer.
If the honest answer is that a cheaper range suits your rooms better, that is the answer you will get. We would rather quote you correctly once than talk you into a floor you regret.

Itemised, in plain English, never a single lump sum. If you want to know what the underlay costs or what the removal of the old floor costs, it is right there on the page.
The prep gets done
Subfloor levelled, moisture tested, expansion gaps set correctly. It is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether your floor is still tight in ten years.
One contact, start to finish
Supply and install under one roof. No being handed between a showroom, a supplier and a subcontractor who all blame each other when something goes wrong.
We leave it clean
Offcuts taken away, old flooring removed, floor swept and ready to walk on. A photo report of the finished job goes out on every install.
You can still ring us afterwards
A question about cleaning it, a mark you are not sure about, a board that needs looking at. The number on this site is the same number after the invoice is paid.

Inner west terraces, north shore family homes, eastern suburbs apartments, new builds out west. Different houses, different subfloors, different problems, and we have laid floors in all of them.
Apartment jobs get particular attention, because strata by-laws and acoustic requirements catch a lot of people out. Tell us it is a unit when you get in touch and we will spec it properly from the start. There is more on that in our flooring guide.
